Mr. Mahesh Agarwal – Managing Director
Born in Bhiwani, Haryana, brought up in Calcutta. He started his career in the year 1970 . He moved to Mumbai in 1978, and set up a factory in the name of Panchsheel Engineering Works in Bhandup, Mumbai. In the year 1984, he further set up Pragati Metal Works at Bhandup, Mumbai.
Mr. Mahesh Agarwal has been the key motivation behind the successful achievements of the brand VINOD. His solid faith in Consumer satisfaction and his belief that the Consumer deserves the very best has taken the Company to its present position.
Mr. Nikhil Agarwal – Director
Mr. Nikhil Agarwal, started his career in 2001 after schooling from Jamnabai Narsee School,Mumbai and completing his Bachelor in Business Management specializing in Marketing & Finance from Bryant College, Boston,USA.
Under his leadership, Pragati Metal Works has seen transformation of a traditional commodity driven business to a leading blue-blooded Stainless Steel Utensil business focusing on value-added products.
His overseas knowledge has helped the company excel in exports, by exporting goods to countries like USA & UK.
Mr. Ankur Agarwal – Director
Mr. Ankur Agarwal started his career in 2007 after schooling from Jamnabai Narsee School, Mumbai and completing his Bachelor in Business Management specializing in Marketing from Troy State University, Mumbai.
Post his joining, He and Mr. Nikhil Agarwal realized the potential of the brand VINOD, and felt that the Bhandup Factory was too small for further development & expansion.
Hence, Mr. Ankur Agarwal along with his elder brother Mr. Nikhil Agarwal set up the 4 acres/16,000 sq meter factory in Palghar in 2009 under the guidance from their father Mr. Mahesh Agarwal.
Mr. Ankur Agarwal is a very active person, when he takes time off; he likes to pursue his hobbies in Swimming, watching movies.
Mrs. Priyanka Agarwal
Mrs. Priyanka Agarwal is the Director of Vinod Steel and a second-generation leader carrying forward a legacy built on trust, quality, and Indian kitchen wisdom. With over 11 years of experience in the kitchenware industry, she has played a pivotal role in expanding Vinod Steel’s footprint across e-commerce and global export markets, earning the confidence of households and partners worldwide.
Driven by a deep belief that healthy families begin with healthy kitchens, she is on a mission to make premium, safe stainless steel cookware a non-negotiable standard in every Indian home. This conviction also led her to become an author, penning the book 11 Everyday Kitchen Lessons No One Told You: Secrets to a Healthy Kitchen 99% Homemakers, Don't Know — a powerful reflection on modern cooking habits, kitchen safety, and the silent impact cookware choices have on long-term family health.
Mrs. Nitika Agarwal
Mrs. Nitika Agarwal started her career in 2007 after schooling from Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer and completing her Masters in Business Management (MBA) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. She was initially working in her family business of Classic Toothbrush, Delhi for 3 years where she was handling Marketing & Sales. Post her marriage with Mr. Ankur Agarwal; she joined the family business of VINOD Stainless Steel. She currently handles Marketing and Corporate Sales.
She has been able to develop various Corporate & Institution, whereby large orders are being supplied.
