- Layer 3 – SS 430 Magnetic stainless steel used as the 3rd layer, making the cookware induction-friendly. The cookware can also be used for conventional cooking.
- Inner Lid Safety Design: The inner lid mechanism ensures maximum safety under high pressure, as the lid locks securely from inside and cannot be opened until pressure is released.
- Induction and Gas Compatible: A Doniv cooker is designed to work efficiently on both types of heat sources. The flat base ensures proper contact with induction cooktops, allowing faster and more energy efficient heating. At the same time, it performs equally well on traditional gas stoves.
- Food Grade Stainless Steel: The food-grade stainless steel interior ensures that the material used for cooking is safe and hygienic. Stainless steel does not react with acidic ingredients like tomatoes, tamarind, or lemon, which helps preserve the natural taste and nutritional value of food.
- Sturdy and Heat Resistant Handles: The Pressure Cooker handles remain relatively cool during cooking and provide a strong grip, making it easier to lift, move or open the cooker. This reduces the risk of accidental burns or slipping, especially when the cooker is hot and under pressure.
- Safety Features: The cooker include mechanisms like a pressure release valve and a gasket release system. The pressure release valve, often called the whistle, helps regulate the internal pressure by releasing excess steam automatically.
